Helen is personally responsible for my ability to walk and do tasks that were not possible just a year ago. Of course, I must do my part and faithfully do 45 minutes of back strengthening exercises every morning and again every evening. I see great changes and even got brave enough to join a Silver Sneakers class at the nearby gym. I have only had two sessions of the class, but am excited to be able to do something like this. Many of the exercises that others do while standing, I am doing while seated, but I have confidence that I can work up to the full work out. We have not needed the services of Benson Hospital but we have a good many friends that opt to go here in Benson fr physical therapy and cardiologists instead of going to Tucson. The community we live in has a good many retired seniors and the ambulance service receives good reviews.

The Bensen Hospital has been professional and kind when we have been there. We have not ever had a long wait. Most of the Dr's and Nurses are helpful and professional.
