I recently went out of town and I boarded my 17 yr. old cocker spaniel at Lakeline Animal Care. My dogs regular vet is Dr. Faludi who is a super veterinarian. Unfortunately, Dr. Faludi was out during some of my pets boarding. One day while I was out of town, Dr. Bendall the veterinarian on staff, called me to inform me that my dog was not doing too well. He was very caring and very honest. I really appreciated his concern. It was good to know the doctors were paying very close attention to the dogs that are boarded at their facility. They are small enough to give very personal attention which makes this veterinary Clinic excellent!
When I came back after my trip I unfortunately had to put my cocker spaniel down as her condition got worse. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. Dr. Bendall was very sincere. He explained everything to me to ensure I knew what to expect. I was pretty torn and emotional having to let go of my 17 year old dog. I loved her dearly and Dr. Bendall was very sincere. I could see he was even saddened by the whole ordeal. I know he is a dedicated and attentive vet just by what I saw with my dog in his care.....and what he recommended. I can't thank him enough for being warm and compassionate. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this veterinarian clinic. Donna D.
