10 Years of Great Service To Our Community
Our association has been with Benchmark Property Management for almost 10-Years; a record for us :-)

I currently serve on our Board of Directors and held the position of President for 3-Years. Of all the property management companies we have had over the years, Benchmark stands out as the best. I have always found them to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs.

When our community was devastated by Hurricane Wilma, Benchmark was there with their team of highly skilled and experienced professionals to help us put the pieces back together. They were instrumental in guiding us through the minefield of insurance adjusters and contractors.

Recently, when the housing market collapsed and the economy followed, Benchmark was there again to help us face the mounting bank foreclosures and delinquency rates that rattled even the most seasoned professionals. While we are not out of the woods yet, I am confident that Benchmark will see us through again.

A Service Oriented Company
Karanda Village I has been affiliated with Benchmark Property Management for 20 + years. That in itself has much to say for this Management Company.

As President of Karanda Village I for the past four (4) years, my personal experience with Benchmark has been a positive one. Their personnel have worked hard to perfect the service they provide. The bookkeeping staff has provided excellent guidance and has handled problems with our homeowners payments with finesse, and the people at the switchboard are always pleasant. The person who handles the insurance is experienced and knowledgeable.

However, life is never perfect and smooth all the time. Whenever a bump has arisen in the course of our business it has always been dealt with quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I have heard that everything trickles down from the top. If you want to find out why Benchmark Property Management has so many good, knowledgeable, experienced people on their staff you just need to look at the owner. The owner is “hands on”, personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and service oriented. His clients come first. He commands the same from his staff. It has been a pleasure and honor working with him and his staff these past four (4) years.
