HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by Reviewer M. at InsiderPages
This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I booked an appointment well over 1 week in advance. Showed up on the day of, and was told I had no appointment. In fact, the owner of the salon (whom I spoke with on the phone and set the appt up with) basically called me a liar. I explained to her that she had called me with the confirmed appt date. She said I usually don't make these kinds of mistakes. I'm not saying I didn't but... WHAT??! I mean WHAT?!?!?! I was a potential new client but the lack of customer service was a definite deal-breaker. Not only did they screw me out of my appt, but I wasn't even offered another appt. Apparently, they do not value new business for themselves. Will definitely warn people against going here.I agree with a previous reviewer that the salon staff did not seem friendly.
