I took my kitten in to be neutered and picked him up the next day. Not only was he filthy, but he was obviously distraught because he was spastically trying to claw his way out of the cat carrier - and he's never done that before!

Two days after he was home he started sneezing, it kept getting worse so I called the vet and they told me there was an upper respiratory infection going around cats and I'd have to come in and get an antibiotic. My other two cats have now gotten the same cold. Wouldn??????t you think if they knew something was going on they??????d be extra careful?

I'm disappointed that a place that came recommended to me took such poor car of my kitten and now with him, my other two cats health has been compromised. These are indoor cats so I don??????t see any way they would??????ve picked this up, plus the other two have NEVER had a cold before.

The vet herself was nice and part of the staff was nice, but overall I am not satisfied with my experience there.
