Bella Salon and Day Spa
I have been a client of Bella for 3 years. I have never been disappointed. Sebastien always listens to what I want and provides exactly that. Most recently I requested very natural haircolor and highlights. The result was perfect. Sebastien also cuts my very wavy hair so that I can wear it wavy or straight. In 3 years, he has only used Aveda products on my hair. I highly recommend Bella Salon.

Fantastic Experience
I have been to Bella twice, once for a hair cut and most recently for a facial. I had no complaints about either. The Spa is lovely, the staff top notch and I would definately go back.

Cannot recommend this place enough.

Small Town, Intimate Service and World Class Products
I have extensive experience with Bella and thought it might be useful to clear some things up (no, I don't work there, I promise!). Bella does do an awesome job. They use AVEDA and Redken hair products, both great options: one all natural, and one a less expensive, great smelling alternative. At any salon, stylists will have their pet products or recommend a product depending on your hair type, but it is just as easy to ask for AVEDA if you have a biased preference.
They use and sell gloMineral makeup, which I personally swear by. If you haven't tried it before, I encourage you to try it out at their makeup counter (smooth finish that lasts all day!).
Hair-wise, I'm sorry the person below didn't have a great experience with curly hair, but if you have curly hair (like my mom), I would recommend Tony, as he is amazing with it!
On the spa side, I have no problem trusting any of their service providers. The only two people I will ever let touch my eyebrows work at Bella.

Every haircut, color, massage, facial, and wax I have had for the past three years has been at Bella. I'm an experienced customer and I highly recommend you try them out!

Not for curly hair, they don't use all Aveda products
Don't visit this salon if you have curly hair. The hairdresser was nice but insisted on straightening it, even though I said I never straighten my hair. She said she wanted to see the color and cut. When it dried up curly after my first wash, the highlights looked streaked with big clumps of blond (I had asked for high and low lights, but hairdresser said I only needed blond). I went back for a correction, but it still looked streaked and darker than before I had highlights, due to the lowlights put in to correct it. On top of that, no-one in the salon had a diffuser to dry my hair properly? What salon does not have a diffuser?

Later on I learned that you need to cut curly hair dry, and the highlights have to be put in a certain way, and be made very fine not too look clumpy in curly hair. Both high and low lights should be applied to give curls dimension. If you want a curly cut, don't go here.

Also: they don't use all Aveda products. I didn't know that was possible in an Aveda salon, but they used Redkin shampoo and haircare. The shampoo did smell nice, and I did like that the hairdresser did not apply any fixer in my hair, but left it natural and soft.

Best Salon/dayspa in Katy/greater Houston Area
Bella has first class service, a warm, friendly staff and the best haircut/color in town.
The manager is very warm, understanding and listens to all your questions. He makes sure he knows exactly what you want before he starts and he does not wast any time.
I have been to many of the high end salons in Memorial and River Oaks and have had my hair done by some of Houston's self proclaimed "star" hair dressers but Bella out shines them all. The last time I had my hair done so nice was when Louis Licari Colored highlighted and cut my hair himself back in the early 90's. For twice as much and that was 15 years ago.
I have never seen anyone walk out unhappy and I go on Fridays. I have been going here, to the old location and the new for almost 3 years now. I will never go anywhere else.

By the way, They carry all Aveda hair products but Redken is an OPTION. They encourage Avdeda.
Aveda sent me to this salon when i moved into town. I have not been anywhere else since.
If I could rate a million stars I would!
Whomever complained must either be an ex employee or a rival salon owner.

You will also e surprised when you start noticing they give you regular discounts and perks when you have become a loyal patron. I do not expect these, as I come here for one reason but it is so appreciated!

Thank you Bella!
