Bell's has tiled our kitchen, installed laminate in our dining room & carpeted the rest of our home. Our salesperson, Fred, was wonderful to work with. When we had a complaint about their contractor's work, they immediately had someone come back to correct the problem. They have great sales once or twice a year and really put the customer first. My mother-in-law and grandmother have purchased carpeting at Bell's, also. We've all had good experiences.
