Geothermal Installation
I was building my dream home in Westchester, N.Y., and had a couple different companies come out to give me an estimate on a geothermal installation. Bell was one of them, and even though it was not the cheapest price, they were they most insightful and really seemed to have a grasp on this technology. We signed and had them start. In a couple weeks we were up and running. They took the time to answer all my questions, and i couldn't imagine signing with anyone else.

Poor customer service by Christine S. at InsiderPages
We needed a whole ac unit replaced and they didn't treat us very well. First they couldn't give us an estimate and I said I didn't want them to order the unit until they could tell me how much it cost. No one returned my phone calls and then I get a phone call telling me that they are on the way to my house with the ac. I told them that I didn't want it because they never called me back with the price. The man I spoke to was nasty and told me that I ordered it and it was coming. I refused to accept it.
