Beechmont Ford
I read the review on Beechmont Ford, and decided to go see Marcia. She was very helpfuull in finding me a used car. I was looking for a pontiac, she didn't have the one I wanted, but did find me one. I came in a few days later and picked it up. Thanks to Marcia and Beechmont Ford. I would recommend to others.

I TOOK MY 2003 FORD MUSTANG TO THE DEALERSHIP AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. FIRST OF ALL BEECHMONT FORDS MECHANICS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MUSTANGS. I TOOK MY MUSTANG THERE 3 TIMES, FINALLY I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER FOR FORD TO GET SOMETHING RESOLVED.
I'VE HAD THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE. WHEN I TOOK MY MUSTANG THERE THE FIRST TIME THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LEFT IT SITTING FOR 13 DAYS , DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK IT.
THEN THE FEMALE THAT WORKS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MADE A SMART REMARK LIKE " YOU EXCEPT US TO DRIVE EVERY CAR TO MAKE SURE THEIR FIXED". I DO EXPECT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO DRIVE THE CARS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE FIXED, OTHER DEALERSHIPS DO.
I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED ON THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TAKING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I REALLY DON'T THINK THEY COULD FIX A BICYCLE!!!!!

Great Car Buying Experience
I have been looking for a car for several months. I recently started looking up and down Beechmont Rd. I went to Beechmont Ford used vehicles, and was greeted by a salesperson named Marsha. Much to my suprise, because usually you see men. She was very helpfull and curtious to me. I did purchase a 2007 Tarus from her. I am very happy with my vehicle and my car buying experience. I would recomend the dealership and her to anyone. They also gave me a rewards card so i get discounts in the future.
