BEECHMONT FORD
I TOOK MY 2003 FORD MUSTANG TO THE DEALERSHIP AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. FIRST OF ALL BEECHMONT FORDS MECHANICS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MUSTANGS. I TOOK MY MUSTANG THERE 3 TIMES, FINALLY I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER FOR FORD TO GET SOMETHING RESOLVED.
I'VE HAD THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE. WHEN I TOOK MY MUSTANG THERE THE FIRST TIME THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LEFT IT SITTING FOR 13 DAYS , DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK IT.
THEN THE FEMALE THAT WORKS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MADE A SMART REMARK LIKE " YOU EXCEPT US TO DRIVE EVERY CAR TO MAKE SURE THEIR FIXED". I DO EXPECT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO DRIVE THE CARS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE FIXED, OTHER DEALERSHIPS DO.
I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED ON THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TAKING YOUR CAR TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, I REALLY DON'T THINK THEY COULD FIX A BICYCLE!!!!!
