Looking for a mattress is a bit overwhelming. Bedroom Express made it very easy.

I found them after shopping at another mattress store. They are a little hidden but it was a great find. When I walked in the place just felt right. They weren't some box store with nothing but mattresses. The selection was large and covered price ranges from cheap to OMG! They have mattresses that felt better than many places I went. Their prices were better than average too. The delivery was easy and on time.

I am a picky shopper. So there were things that they had that impressed me and helped me choose this place. They have a 100 night comfort guarantee, yes you have up to 100 nights to change your mattress if you don't like the first one. They have a price guarantee, which everyone should have, I think it's 50 or so days. They worked around my schedule for delivery. The store was set up very nice. Since it isn't one of those mattress only places there was some much appreciated privacy. Not real private but not just laying on a mattress in an open showroom. This may sound silly but I felt awkward in some of the mattress only places just laying on a mattress in a super bright light box showroom. In Bedroom Express many of the mattresses were set up in mini rooms that made it kind of feel like a hotel or at home. The price tags were easy to read too.

The delivery went smooth as promised. I was skeptical but they did exactly as they said and more. I was able to schedule my delivery at the store at the time of purchase. The day before the delivery there was a call on my machine confirming the delivery. On the day of the delivery the drivers called me about half an hour before they got there, this was great. The delivery guys were nice, clean and did a great job. They took all the trash too!

Their prices were much better than the mattress only places.

If you choose this place you will be satisfied, take it from a skeptic.

I shopped so many mattress stores looking for a new bed. Not something I want to do every week!

We came in here shopping for a bed when my oldest daughter moved away to college. They had a large selection of bedroom sets at great prices but we didn't buy the bed here because we could not find anyone to help us. Plus when we did, we found out that it would take over 3 weeks to deliver the bed we had chosen.
