THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY
I HAVE A 20 YEAR WARRANTY WITH A 10 YEAR NON PRORATED AND MY MATTRESS IS 5 YEARS OLD AND IT SUNK!!! THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. THEY CONTINUE TO GIVE US THE RUN AROUND!! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS! THEY SHOULD RELACE MY BED BUT THEY WANT US BUY ATHER NEW ONE. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER BED FROM THEM!!!!
