Tony Beckett is a cheat. He bagged leaves in black bags, not clear. City would not pick them up.(last year he used clearbags)No problem He was paid. When I told him mhe would have to remove leaves, he laughed. I now have to pay to remove leaves.The guy is a Jerk.
