Welcome To Beck Muffler Shop & Service Center was established in 1972 by Harry Beck. Bill Hancock worked for Harry after he and his wife were both honorably discharged in 1971; from the United States Marine Corp. Bill helped Harry established the Lafayette store until 1981 when he purchased the company from Harry. For 26 years, Bill and his family have been providing the community with low cost, high quality products with exceptional customer service. Bill for years spear headed your cars exhaust needs and provided other vehicle services that changed with the automotive industry. Throughout our duration, the employees at Beck Muffler have been providing our customers and commercial accounts with quick, reliable service at a fraction of the cost.

Beck's did me right
I am a small business owner with a small fleet of work vans. This past month we had a van go down that my usual mechanic could not get fixed. Called Rob over at Beck;s and he took care of it all. They had the van towed to his shop and the problem figured out in TWO HOURS after the other shop had the truck for over a week. You just can't beat that level of service. Second opinions are great
Went to a parts store to have my engine codes read for free. After the code was read, I was told I needed an EGR valve. Did not feel comfortable with the original diagnosis. Took my vehicle to Beck Service Center for a second opinion. Come to find out, I did not need to replace my EGR valve, it simply needed cleaned. Saved me about $200. As if that wasn't enough, I received a phone call within a week to make sure everything was running properly. What a great operation. I highly recommend them‎

I took my vehicle to Beck's for brakes. They raised the vehicle up, showed me the repairs needed on the vehicle and they gave different options on what cost could be. After work was preformed they called me to verify everything was working good and sent me a thank you card. I highly recomend Beck Service Center for your vehicles needs.‎

Honest Service and Quality Repair Work
I recently began utilizing Beck's Service Center for my repair and vehicle maintenance from a referral. I am very satisfied with both the quality of work and honesty regarding my vehicle repair needs. Estimates are accurate and every detail is itemized so I know exactly what work is being performed. I recommend Rob and his team for any car, truck or fleet vehicles. dont trust their word
I took my car there to get it fixed, and was originally told that it could be done on Tuesday. later i was told it would be done Wednesday morning. Then i was told that it still wasn't done. Because of them i was stranded at Purdue over thanksgiving break and did not get to see my family. Don't go there.‎
