Wait Time Very Long, Doc Time Very Short
I went to Yucaipa first for my little girl. Office was cold & drab, with nothing kid friendly-not even a picture on the wall. The exam room had one toy, the nurses did not make you feel welcome or put my little girl at east. The doc was even worse, she couldn't get out fast enough. I had to literally stop her to ask a question about my babies leg growth, and she made me feel like an idiot. Banning was even worse, I had to wait 52 min just to see nurse for 2 minutes. Then doc came in for less than 5 minutes. I wrote in my file about a couple of concerns, even told nurse one, and doc never brought anything up. I had to ask him,and again, couldn't get out fast enough. Both uncaring & unfriendly. And neither location was technology savy. They didn't even have computers in the exam room.

Doctors of a moveable feast by lori c. at InsiderPages
The docs sign in and out like people going through a turnstyle.
They are there three months and then leave.
We have found them to not be overly helpful in real care for patients.
They have a couple of really good docs but the rest are just there collecting a days pay until they retire.
