Beautiful Beginnings offered me a "very nice gift" in return for a positive online review. After the sales experience, I considered doing so. However, after I paid the deposits, my positive experience ended. Everything was late, I could not get calls or e-mails returned. When my order was finally at the warehouse, they failed to inform me. When I finally got the delivery, it was missing the mattress. Three phone calls later the mattress was left in the rain outside the house.

Let's just say that Debbie and the Beautiful Beginnings team demonstrated to my husband and me that they deeply care about their clients. Debbie is not only wonderful to work with, but she is even willing to go the extra mile. For example, when the delivery of our furniture was delayed Debbie took the time to personally come out to our house on a Saturday and provide us with a beautiful wicker bassinet to use, free of charge, until our furniture arrived. Now that's service for you!

Although the furniture's manufacture caused a lot of frustration for everyone, we could not have asked for a more detailed and customer-focused team working for us. Thank you Debbie and the entire BB team for all of your patience, support and understanding!

Beautiful beginings is by far my favorite baby store. When I first became pregnant I liked going in and just looking for ideas for my baby and we ended up buying furniture , stroller and a few outfits so far. Store is so beautiful itself, you can get some ideas for your own deco and friendly employs always are ready to help you. Things are a little pricy but you can find a 10 % coupon on it's home page or in the magazine and get a unique and good quality item. All the things we bought we are very happy with it.
It's a great place to shop if you want something a little more special for your little one or if you want to impress with your gift.

I absolutely LOVE Beautiful Beginnings!! When I found out I was pregnant I researched MANY different places and none even compared to this charming, warm, and accommodating store. I dealt with with probably every member of the staff at some point and they were all amazing and so sweet to deal with, down to helping me pick out paint swatches to match my linens! When I found problems in my order they fixed it immediately and that's after going in a million times to change everything around.

The store is family owned and they all have children so being a first time mom, they guided my mom and I through the process of setting up a nursery! Having a baby can be an anxious and anxiety provoking time, Beautiful Beginnings took all of that away and just made my experience a pleasure. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone! In fact my baby is almost 3 months old now, and they still remember us, I plan on returning again and again!

We had such a fantastic experience at Beautiful Beginnings. We walked in overwhelmed and clueless and walked out feeling like experts in the new world of baby furniture and accessories. The employees took the time to hold our hands and reassure us that we would soon catch on to all that we needed to know about "baby stuff". We could not say enough good things about our numerous shopping experiences at Beautiful Beginnings and we plan on returning frequently for advice, support and access to high quality goods.
