took car for detailing on 3/15/08-went to leave-MY ASHTRAY WAS GONE-stopped-questioned asst. mgr.-who said oh yeah, they dropped it and then ran over it-HE KNEW-BUT WAS LETTING ME LEAVE WITHOUT TELLING ME!! - It has been 3 1/2 months - I have dealt with 4--yes 4 DIFFERENT MGRS. to obtain the paultry sum of $15.00 - everyone says the same-I'll talk to the owner Roger Fuller-he's in everyday-to date 6/30/08-no one has ever returned a call - the customer service is BELOW a 1 star rating & the detailing was not so hot either, after standing around for another 20 minutes or so to get them to actually CLEAN it after they were-hahahaha finished-HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY!

I recently had my cadillac washed here. They did a great job. They treated as if it were their own and when I got it back I was more than satisfied. I left the man drying it down a $10 tip. Great Service and Great People!

Bear Creek Car Wash is a good place to have your car washed. They take good care of your vehicles and service is quick. Your car comes out looking really clean and spot free.

Pricing is reasonable and the service personal are very attentive.
