My experience was satisfactory at the Bear Bikes. The staff present during the visit were just okay. I had asked several questions, that for some, could not be answered. Also, the prices of the bikes are fairly high. I was a little disappointed in their customer service.

A friend of mine wanted to get me a bike for my Birthday, but instead of going to the local Sportsmart, we dropped by Bear Bikes. Although I know little about bikes, the staff were extremely helpful in directing my friend on what bikes were available and even had the option to custom modding the bikes. The prices were reasonable, but the customer service was incredible. We felt no pressure to commit on anything, but we did buy something in the end.
