I was visiting a friend in Ventura and we went to this bead store. I was blown away at how organized the store was and with the quality of the inventory. I attend gem shows and have gone to all the bead stores in Los Angles and i have to say i was impressed. You can tell that the inventory carried in this store is top quality and not the usual cookie cutter stuff you find in other stores. I absoluty can't believe the reviews here. I found the service warm and helpful.

How is this store staying in business? Owner is a rude, uneducated, very defensive, wannabe, that will not take care of the customers needs. Her classes are a joke. Do not take, you will not learn anything. Most of the inventory in the store is from China, and trying to be passed off as quality items. It is absolute garbage. You are wasting your time going here. Micheal's cheap crap is better. Rudeness, uneducation, and ignorance is not compatible with business. Open your ignorent eyes and cater t the customer, not your selfish ego!!!!! This town does not need this kind of representative here. Go to L.A. with it!!!!

Make sure you call ahead of time because the owner of the store often opens when she wants, which can be a few hours later then the hours they have posted. They conduct a lot of bad business or unfair practices... if you are unsure of anything make sure you ask because they will later make up some crap to make it look as though they are right. They do not post their return policy nor is it on their receipt so make sure you get the correct things before you leave the store.
