I have only attended two classes, but I find the two teachers were very good. Also the workers in the store were very helpful when it came time to buy the products for the classes.

The owner and employees are not customer friendly. They have a small "No Return Policy" sign mounted behind the counter near the ceiling which you won't see, and if you happened to, you sure can't read it. I attempted to return a 12 bead string which they would not accept because it was cut. I had in my hand a number of items in my hand to buy that made that return look like a drop in the bucket. Also, on another trip they offered to have some merchandise transferred from another store, but it never happened. The employee didn't want to check on the request because she didn't want to bother the other store. No thanks, I'll buy from ANY other bead store in Houston or buy online.
