Referred by a friend, I stopped in to meet the proprietor, explain my new to Ca. situation and see if I was comfortable with the response. By the time I left I felt that he had all answers (plus)necessary to conduct my IRS business.
Pros: Cuts to the chase
Cons: I didn't ask for a copy for my records before signing, sealing and mailing the stamped envelope he prepared.
