I own a 2003 Toyota MR-2 Spyder. The owner's manual instructs that in order to remove and replace the oil filter you must first remove the engine splash shield. Be-Wise thought they knew better and decided this was not necessary, reaching up inside the splash shield to remove the oil filter blind. Well this turned out for me to be not so wise. When I got the car home I noticed oil stains all over the garage floor. When i opened the hood and looked down into the engine bay I could see that the splash shield was covered with old gunk. Apparently, the good folks at Be-Wise were using the engine splash shield as an oil drip pan! As you can tell, I am very disappointed in the service I received and will now have to find another garage or attempt to do it my self.

The people are at the counter are nice and once you have been coming to them regularly, they remember who you are. Unlike other garages the mechanics don't come out of the garage bay to try to sell you other items unless it really is necessary. I bought tires there once and it was more expensive than another dealer would have been but this was so convenient. You get free coffee while you wait for your oil to be changed and a free car wash is part of the package.
