This store is in a small, rather unkept house. The atmosphere didn't make me very comfortable-- definitely felt like the store was selling something worse than just comics. However, it had a good selection, and definitely had what my little brother was looking for...

When I was in high schoo, I still read comics. In graduate school, desperate to find something for brain candy, I turned to comics and frequented BSC Comics. It is not nice, it is not extraordinarily cheap--but it does carry comics. I always felt rather out of place going in here--sort of like I was buying contraband or something I shouldn't. Think of the stereotypes of the comic book guy from the Simpsons--you might get the picture.

I used to rent DVD movies here when my girlfriend lives in Bryan. We seldom watch movies in theater, so we rent old movies in BCS. They usually have it in stock, the price is cheap, and the quality of the film is still amazing. No delay and smooth run. But, they won't have the new releases DVD until certain months later. We never look at the comics or cartoon magazines, but I believe they have most of the titles.
