For the last 6 years I have had the opportunity to work for the most amazing Pediatric Dentist. Not only do I work for Dr. Bayless but I was his patient growing up and now he is the dentist of my 3 year old daughter who absolutely idolizes him! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Bayless for he has established a remarkable practice specializing in the care of babys, children, adolescents all the way up to college age patients. The passion he has for pediatric dentistry shows each and every day with each patient. I truly feel lucky to apart of such a successful practice!‎

Mark has collected around him a great staff. From the front office to the assistants they are all friendly and informative. I appreciate Mark's thoroughness, rapport with my kids, and his willingness to explain what is going on to me as well. We have been seeing him now for 10 years. We moved to Bayless' office after our previous dentist missed some obvious problems. While not the cheapest dentist around, he is one of the best.‎

My son was aprehensive about the dentist but after a visit to Dr. Bayless's office he looks forward to his next check-up! The office is designed with children in mind. You'll find books, movies, video games, etc to keep them entertained ...
