Let me start off by saying that Bay Valley did not actually do any work for me. I made an appointment to have them come out to my property to give me an estimate. They never showed up. The next day I call to see what happened, and the owner said that the estimator had come by but did not feel comfortable getting out of his truck (I live in a mixed neighborhood near down town Oakland - black/ white/ asian).

If you aren't going to show up for an appointment, you should call. There was no follow up until I called their office to see what had happened. Overall, my experience with trying to get an estimate from them was very disappointing and I feel like they handled this situation very unprofessionally.
