Bay Photo Lab on Soquel has consistently been my favorite place to develop pictures; their technicians are all fully licensed and they provide a wide range of services. Their one hour photo is always on time, and sometimes if I need them before they will do a rush order for me and not charge me extra. :)

Mainly used by photography student at UCSC, this great photo place, not only carry regular photo supply (and development), but a whole variety of stuff. You can make your photo into a slide show, or get materials to make your photos different color. So many varieties, and a lot of frames to choose from. Really friendly and fast service. Among the best photo places in Santa Cruz.
