Terrible service‎
They can sell windows but they are terrible at doing the job right in one go and customer service is useless. Anything goes wrong, they give you the runaround. Will never use their services again!!!‎

Bay City Windows - Simply the Best!!!‎
Hello Window Consumers, My experience with Bay City Windows in Fremont was truly the best experience, from start to finish. I am a very diligent consumer and did lots of research on various window distributors in the area, from Fremont to San Jose to Burlingame. My objective was to compare prices of same/similar window brands/manufacturers from distributor to distributor, strategically arriving at the bottom price. After meeting with many window distributors, measurements in hand, Bay City Windows was one of my top options. My decision to go with Bay City wasn't difficult. Gina was honest and courteous, and I didn't have much room to negotiate because her quote was one of the fairest I received. I signed the contract after meeting her twice. Little did I know, the best was yet to come!!! The best was this: Richard, the installer, was absolutely one of the nicest people I have ever come across, and that's no exaggeration. He had the opportunity to finish my job in one day, ...
