My Local Vet Hospital
I am the type of person who is very picky; I actually complain about every thing or will tell a business off in their face, if I do not like their customer service. I have never had this with BAY Cities. I even used to live in Foster City. I couldn’t find a vet I liked, although I would break my pockets. When I moved back to the east bay, I was very pleased with their honesty. I have found a cat that ended up having cancer. Bobby could have made me pay a lot for test, but he was very honest and had me take one NOT SO COSTLY test that will help me determine the illness, also he has helped me when getting a new pet. They will also tell you other alternatives if possible, rather then you paying a lot for the same thing. They are a very well establish Vet hospital. My mother and aunts use them for many things.

I look forward to being a part of Bay cities customers for many years to come.

Geena and Prada (my two dogs) Love you guys!

F-ing horrible experience!!! by michael t. at InsiderPages
Doctor doesnt introduce herself, nor does the staff, dont even wash their hands in front of you meaning he or she could have touch a sick dog and transfer stuff to your dog... and having my wife hold down our puppy while you man handle him in front us is just unprofessional. Also to take temperature with a thermometer up the backside with no lubrication of any kind is just not right. Dont go here if you want your dog treated right!!! Its not about the money they couldnt pay me enough to go again...Plus you pay 30 dollars for an exam and all they do is oh his eye is red and his teeth are okay what about his ears or anything else how about listening to breathing or heart sounds!!!

Great service & affordable by Anora S. at InsiderPages
I brought my dog here after she wasn't feeling well. She was diagnosed with parvo and had to stay there for 3 days. The bill actually was much more affordable than other places and they took great care of my dog and now she's 100% recovered. They were also very attentive and seemed to really be looking out for my best interest. They are now my regualr vet!

Good service and reasonable prices. by Deb S. at InsiderPages
I found them to be very helpful and professional. I had to have my cat's rotten tooth extracted and he needed a dental cleaning. This place did the whole thing for $150 with pain relief and they did not flinch when I chose not to do the expensive blood work beforehand. They neutered my kitten with pain relief and post-surgery pain killers for about $30 dollars. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget who wants good care for their pets.
