To be trusted!! by karen d. at InsiderPages
Dr Serebrakian did a fabulous job on my upper and lower eyelid surgery, as well as abdominal liposuction. Staff was nice and incredibly helpful and professional. I was charged a fair price for expert procedures. I healed quickly and look amazing. Thank you for taking good care of me!

Step AWAY from this place....very scary
Okay, this place is creepy. Sent there for an ENT specialist, found out he does mostly cosmetic surgery. Cheesy office full of binders that have photos of supposed cosmetic improvements that he did to real people, but I saw no improvement. Waited FOREVER to be seen. Waiting area was huge and reminded me of a Motel 6 lobby. Office staff are unprofessional appearing, impolite, unintelligent and do not know how to work with insurance (probably because most customers are paying out of pocket for cosmetic improvements. The actual doctor seemed nice and confident in himself, but got the feeling it was all about MONEY and nothing else. Bottom line, probable QUACKERY? Why would an ENT be doing asian eyelid surgery.

Stay away from this rip off artist
Went to have two procedures done. One was not done because the instrument company sent the wrong tool. Got the feeling they ordered the wrong one, and if not what kind of doctor doesn't check his equipment before surgery. I was required to pay for both procedures up front, but was not given my money back when the procedure did not happen. Had to call 15 times and threaten lawsuit to get money back. Also, was told $500 would be paid back if insurance covered a certain cost. They never sent the charge to the insurance company in the first place. Now a year later am being billed erroneous charges. Stay away!

Tattoo Removed! by M L. at InsiderPages
I needed to get a tattoo removed that i had when I was younger. It was of an ex and it was time to go. The tattoo was about the size of a 1/2 dollar and they were able to remove it without much problem. It took about 4 sessions and they removed it completely using a laser. The doctor and nurse were very nice and not judgmental. Pricing was excellent.

Totally lame
took too long for treatment and the nurse gave me a hard sell on everything they offer. I would not go back there again, too many other places to chose from, and I hate the hard sell
