About a year ago, I needed a replacement battery for my AC-DC shaver, so I checked BatteriesPlus.com to make sure that my local store had a comparable one in stock (I called the store to verify it; the phone was answered almost immediately, by Mike, who was very patient and confirmed that the battery was in stock). Their battery was not only better than the manufacturer-supplied battery (slightly higher amperage), and cheaper than anything I could find on the 'net or in department or other electrical supply stores, but, at my request, they soldered tabs onto the battery to make it easier to connect it to the shaver; they did so at no extra charge (they would have installed the battery for free, but I didn't have the unit with me, and I live too far away to make it worthwhile, so I did that myself). The shaver is still going strong and lasts longer between charges! The two gentlemen who run this store know their stuff, will not sell you more than you need (I overheard them talking with other customers before I was served), and they were very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this store!

Often we are in need of batteries that are difficult to find in your typical local retailer. My husband has gone on several occasions to Batteries Plus to locate special phone batteries, and flashlight batteries with much success. We have been pleased with their inventory and ability to assist.
