I purchased a battery for my laptop, after the store rep. tested in and told me I needed a new battery. After paying $126.25 I took it home and charged it and it still didn't work. When I took it back I was told I needed a new power cord as my looked worn. Now the manager says I should have asked for an exchange, which they did not offer me when I was in the store. I will never go to Batteries Plus again.
