As the one major theater in Baton Rouge (besides LSU affiliated ones), its major strength is musicals. I've thoroughly enjoyed almost every musical I've gone to see. Other than this, however, the casts usually lack talent. The facilities are nice, although the actual theater could use major renovations.

I??ve gone to several musical performances at the Baton Rouge Little Theater. They have excellent standards for their actors and performers and have beautiful sets considering this is a local theater production. Their prices are pretty good considering the value, and I believe if you go to one of their productions you will be pleasantly surprised.
