Customer Service was Fantastic!
So I was looking for two copies of a book for tutoring purposes. Most stores were out of stock, so the Del Mar store was my last hope to have them for the next day. I called and they had the copies. I asked for them to put them on hold so I could pick them up later that day. I showed up at the counter and not only did they have the two books I needed but a couple others that they suggested based on my request. I ended up buying the two books plus two of their suggestions. They were very helpful and I will return to this location just based on this experience; they made it feel like a small store with a big selection rather than the typical impersonal chain bookstore. :)
