This company is not honest about what repairs need to be made and does not communicate honestly with their clients. Our elevator has been broken down for weeks and they keep telling us that a part needs to come in. When they finally came to the property they still do not have the proper equipment to fix it. They have drawn out the problem unecessarily and do not call to say they will not be able to come out to work on the elevator. My suggestion to anyone looking for service on their elevator is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Go with a more established and reputable company. Do your homework, there are alot of bad business people out there.
