Frustrating experience
I had a frustrating experience with Dr. Franklin and his staff. I called in requesting a blood test that is necessary for one of my medications. I had to explain to the receptionist what it was I wanted several times before she understood what I wanted.
She scheduled an appointment with me, but when I went in to the appointment, the nurse told me that she only did blood draws from 7am-8:30am. She wouldn't draw my blood because my appointment was at 10:30am.
Dr. Franklin then saw me and told me I needed to come back for the blood test, then return a week after that for a full physical.
Basically I went into the office for nothing - just to schedule two more appointments, when all I needed was a simple blood test.
