This place is GREAT. If you need to board your pet or need daycare take your animal here. It's the best. The facility is very clean and the staff is extraordinarily attentive to the pets even if they have special needs. I was sorry to read all of the negative feedback. That has not at all been my experience. I will admit that the female owner my lack some social skills but she's actually very nice once you get to know her and she really cares about the pets. I know for a fact that she goes out of her way to make dogs with special need comfortable and has cared for dogs that were abandoned there.

Well,to make a long story short.I brought my dog there many times while i traveled.Every time i would pick him up he had some kind of sickness~kennel cough~rash.Also,found a few ticks on him.He recently passed away from Lyme disease(ticks)and has never gotten them from anywhere else.Go figure!All they care about are the shots.A dog could have fleas,ticks,kennel cough,mange and they would still take them.Oh,and by the way i have heard several people complain about Bark ave!They need to close it down already!

I brought my dog here as I had in the past. Hurricane Wilma came and went and I was calling to check on my dog and I was told You need to get your dog out of here now.! I asked why and was told we are closing and you need to get her out of here. I was out of the country at the time and told them since I could not even get in touch with my wife who was on her way back to Miami. (Most phone lines were down) And as soon as I could get in touch with her and she arrived to Miami she could come and get our dog. I was told that was unacceptable and I had to get her out now.
This to say the least is highly unprofessional, bordering on criminal...What was she going to do if I couldn't come back? Put my dog on the street???? The reason we used them was that we were both away. I was out of the country and my wife was on business 3 hours away in Orlando.
This isn't the first time we have used them BUT I ASSURE YOU, IT WILL BE THE LAST!! A company who's only job they have is to take care of people's loved pets is telling all their customers to come get them out of here HORRIBLE! INEXCUSABLE!
They had a generator, as the owner had told me. They had the capability to take care of the animals the owners entrusted to them. But everyone had to get them out? Was she going to let all the pets run into the street? THEIR BUSINESS IS TO CARE FOR OUR PETS!
Luckily my wife got back the next day and went and picked up our dog. She was given an attitiude and the front desk by the owner. Like the owner is doing us a favor by watching our dog??!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!!
I went in the next week and asked the owner what was her problem and she told me she didn't want to hear about her being unprofessional and that she has 4000 clients and didn't need my business. WELL GUESS WHAT? SHE WILL HAVE ONE LESS FOREVER AND I HAVE HEARD FR
