I would suggest going to a different branch.
I went inside and deposited a check my roommate had sent from basic training (as his portion of rent) and the check was somehow lost and not recovered. I was told I had to get my roommate to cancel his check, even though he can't do anything from basic training. Now I'm short $200 dollars and they are trying to tell me that it's not their fault and they can't do anything to help me out since he's not with their bank.
On top of that, my co-worker had a similar experience except that the check she deposited was from another BOA customer. This branch is unorganized and unwilling to correct their error.
When I deposit money in my bank account I expect service, not incompetency.
