great branch
I am new to the area, and with 2 Bank of America branches near me I find this one very convenient. It across from the UTC mall and easy to get to. I think my favorite part is that there is always parking right in front of the bank. The staff is very friendly. The branch never seems to be that busy when I come, so I rarely have to wait in line. The bank staff will help if more than a few people get inline. There are two atm machines there. The area is always clean. It's a pleasure to visit this branch.
