Best Bank Ever
I love the BoA in Mission Valley. Ever since I walked in to this branch for the first time, they were polite, professional, and very helpful. Granted if you try to get help by phone, you are going to be on hold until Christmas, but if you go to do business in person, they are fabulous! I go down there every day to make my deposits, and am always greeted with a friendly smile, and by name! I have taken the time to get to know and develop relations with the people that are part of my business, and that includes who I bank with. If you want a great bank, with wonderful customer service, this is it!‎

Response to "Try Calling this bank......
Calling a bank is like calling a restaurant, you're not there in person you're not a priority. There's not much a bank can do for you over the phone anyway. Try going online, or personally going to the branch.‎

Horrible service
Try calling this Bank of America some time and see if they answer the phone. You can't even get an operator besides an automated machine. This was extremely important to me since I was trying to deal with a mortgage loan that they also completely screwed up. I have been with Bank of America for over six years and this branch has been so awful that I'm considering never doing business with BOFA again.‎
