Repeated calls have been unsucessful. Fairly simple matter that could be resolved over the phone now requires me to leave work to screw around with these idiots. In my opinion, I would stay away from BOA period. People I know have had multiple problems with their money "mysteriously" disappearing. I wouldnt want to answer the phone either if I was stealing from my customers.
