This bank has been very frustrating to deal with. It is virtually impossible to get a "live" person to talk to on the phone. And if and when they do answer, they sound hurried and you feel that you have somehow "bothered" them. Although I don't have money in this bank, I would be very concerned if I did. I want a live person to talk to not just a recording.
