On Friday September 5, 2008 I stopped by this location to deposit a check. The line was very long and was going to take a while. Seeing this, one of your employees (I didn't get her name but she was wearing a black polo with a Texas Longhorns logo on it)pulled us aside and personally took our deposits so we could be on our way. I am a GM at a local restaurant and our number one and hardest goal is to provide great customer service. In this day and age it seems that customer service has fallen to the way side. I don't know if the actions of this employee was company policy or if she acted on her own accord. Regardless, it was a refreshing experience and I applaud a job well done.
