Not the best with loans: Even when been a customer with BOA for almost 3 years, I have not been able to get a personnal loan or a credit card. I am switching to Chase bank. Not a lot of benefits for Active Duty personnel.

Question about a charge in my check account?: I was told by one of your clecks that in my account, under my name Rene J. Gomez, in San Antonio, Tx, at convent street. I had to have over 700 dolars so there would not be any mounthly charge of 9.00 dolars so I deposited the money needed to pass the minium fee. But I feel I was robed by you because you keeped on discounting those 9 dolars each mounth.
So I request you refund me or explain to me what´s going on, so I will have confidence in you.
