Shitty service!‎
I have been wronged twice by this particular branch! First, a representative misinformed me about their NSF fee policy, then the assistant manager promised to reverse NSF fees that were assessed and never followed thorugh with his word. Thanks bank of America for robbing me of $140.00. -- My advice is go to a different branch, or go to a different bank!‎
