Beware of Celebration FL Bank of America‎
Celebration Bank of America needs a complete overhaul! The customer service at this location is rude and very sarcastic. Today I waited for over 52 minutes for service and was told in a very sarcastic tone from the "teller operations specialist": there isnt anyone to help you, SIR- you will have to wait. It would have been one thing if someone could have been apologetic for the wait and lack of service but nothing. If they cannot provide services they claim to then it should be announced initially before a consumer is forced to wait nearly an hour. The wait was so long and no one acknowledged me, I finally had to leave without serves rendered. Shame on you Celebration Bank of America! The poor customer service is an ongoing issue at this location at least! You have lost an account and a consumer! A terrible practice in todays economy.‎
