Now that Bnk of Amer and LaSalle have merged, my banking

Now that Bnk of Amer and LaSalle have merged, my banking business has turned into a nightmare. Deposits are taking forever to clear which results in my bill payments being overdrafted. The bank fails to recognize they are taking too long to clear deposits so they charge me for having insufficient funds. Customer service is only over the phone and they say I must speak to the branch manager. I say once I get my money sorted out there are other banks to do business from. It is very apparent that Bank of America does not care to take care of customers, only conglomerate corporate accounts.
