This is a pretty good bank. I've never had a problem here and would recommend them to anyone. Whenever I've had a problem they would always assist me and also call me if a unusual amount is being charged. But they do offer free banking if done with direct deposits so I always had a free account, I never paid a penny to have it open there. Then when I decided to close my account it was all done well over the phone.

Unfortunately, it hard to say good things about most banks these days but as far as customer service at Bank of America in Apopka it is the worst. On one of my most recent visists I has hard pressed to find a staff member that could speak or understand english. Bank of Americas fees are outragous and the phone support can do nothing but read scripts. Never again will I bank here.
