Don't try and make a deposit via the atm machines - THEY EAT CHECKS!! Also, after your check has been eaten...don't try and call the branch to get any assistance...I tried 2 different branch phn numbers - one just connected me a general customer service line and the other just rang and rang (made the deposit on a sunday, so I had to wait until a weekday to call). I'm not usually one to write reviews...but it looks like I'm going to have some time to kill as I'm now on hold to file a claim (not with the Branch of course...but with some general customer service phn bank in AZ). B of A sucks. I worked for them for 2 years and they treat their employees like crap. 20 minutes later = just talked to awesome rep Mary in AZ...she was awesome and credited me the money. Yes!!!

I keep waiting for something to happen where I won't like Bank Of America anymore, but everytime I have a problem they've made it right. Best Deal: If you're referred by another customer you BOTH get $25 when you open a new account. How cool is that?
Their on-line banking allows direct transfers between Bank Of America that are almost instant and fee free. This means my roommmates can pay me the rent and I get it INSTANTLY.
Their loan rates however are pretty bad, you can get a better car loan almost anywhere else. I use my credit union for credit cards and loans and Bank Of America for everyday checking.
The most locations, innovative services, good service. I can't think of a reason to bank anywhere else.
