Bangkok Cuisine has the best Thai food! Very authentic! The food is always fresh, especially the seafood and never overcooked. The veggies are crisp, not like they were prepared before and just heated up. The curries are so delightful, perfect taste, not to rich. The flavors are consistent. They have a large variety on the menu. The prices are very reasonable. The portions are on the large side. We always have leftovers. The service is good. My water glass usually is filled before I?ve even finished drinking. Very nice attention to details in the restaurant. I've eaten there for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal. The perfect restaurant for all occasions!

I love Thai food and everything I have ever ordered here has been excellent. The parking is tricky but once you figure it out...doable.

Googled Thai restaurants in Reno and came up with Bangkok Cuisine. It had the most reviews listed. And on the whole the positive ones were accurate.
Food Great! Best Thai I've had in the US of recent years, Decor pleasant. Staff no complaints. Pricing, exceptional. Very popular. Seems like a great 'date' venue.
Highly recommended, I have another 5 days in Reno and will be sure to return.

very disappointing..
obviously the wok/grill was not cleaned prior to our entrees being cooked...
we ordered beef pud thai, stirfried basil chicken, thai fried rice with chicken...
all to go, came up to about 35 or so dollars plus a tip, we always tip on to go's..
ALL OF OUR FOOD TASTED LIKE SEAFOOD!!!!!!PUNGENT TASTE AND ODOR...
needless to say it all ended up in the trash....live too far to drive back, plus it was snowing...
thank god neither of us is allergic to shellfish...
as a good cook and lover of thai cuisine, i know fish sauce is used quite a bit in cooking...BUT IT DOESNT TASTE LIKE FISH......
i do have to say this is what we get for cheating on our fav place, THAI CHILLI....

when i called to let them know about what happened, the owner seemed apologetic but still resisted to believe me about the flavor...i was not wanting anything free, just to let them know that it was a good thing WE WERENT ALLERGIC TO SEAFOOD/SHELLFISH....i was offered to come back and ask for him and all would be taken care of....

i may have taken him up on that if i felt he believed me......
i had eaten there once prior to this incedent, not impressed, terrible service....
dont see myself goin back again, even if its free...

ive eaten at all the thai joints in town, thai chilli is beyond the best...
being that im from San Diego / Los Angeles,large community of international faIre....i do know good thai...

My boyfriend and I have been to this restaurant twice now. The first time was flawless, the second time was less good. We ordered wonton soup, pad thai and Bangkok Delight, as well as the sticky rice/mango dessert. The food was all pretty good, but I Wouldn't recommend the Bangkok delight, as it is just chicken and vegetables with a couple shrimp, and pretty bland and tasteless. The service was terrible but I don't know that we can blame the weighter as it appeared that when he would disappear out of sight, he would come out with some food. So it may be that they are understaffed in the kitchen and he was helping prepare the food?!! In any case we were kept waiting quite a bit at times. The food is good, the place is clean with a fair ambience. It is popular so there will be somewhat of a wait on weekend evenings.
