We've taken each of dogs at some point to this Banfield. We always were able to get in quickly when we'd think one of our dogs was sick. We always had our dogs on the puppy plan where you get shots, etc. included in the care. It was worth the money then. I recommend this particular Banfield when looking at getting your puppy's care.

I have never been to a better Vet. Our family is blessed to have found Banfield and their loving and caring staff. Our puppy Bentley is so happy to see the doctor. They treat us like we are family and take the time to explain everything. Recently, our puppy got bitten, and I rushed him right into the Banfield on Rosecrans. Not only did they see us right away, but when they took him back to get x-rays and injections, I was able to go back with him. At other places they let you sweat it out in the waiting room, but they understood that He is part of our family and that I needed to be with him. They made sure that he was more then okay to come home. They made me feel so much better about the whole situation. Please take your pets here to get the best service you deserve.

Good Job

My dog is very primative and tough to handle; They did a great job cleaning his teeth and were very honest about the fact that he was resistant to the isoflourane and they had to go another route. Their prices were also very competitive and I'll probably go back. Read more on yahoo

I will never go back

I made an appt to take my cat in and had to wait an hour to see the doctor and she only spent 5 mintues looking over my cat and they took so long getting the meds ready and the doctor forgot to right the other one down and rushed off to another exam room so I told them I wanted to take my cat home so she wouldn't be scared anymore and come back for the other medication. Well I came back and guess what? They were out of the medication and that it was backordered. So now I have to take my cat into another vet so she can get the medication. I am disappointed in this clinic and all they care about is getting money. Read more on yahoo
