This is a great pet hospital - it is extremely clean and the front desk staff goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The vets are very attentive and truly care about your pet. Our dog was very sick when we brought him in and the vet was helpful and patient and answered all of our questions. The prices were fair to high and I would definitely return.

Every service offered by Banfield is highly overpriced. In addition, the whole operation is run like an assembly line. It's the most impersonal visit to the vet I've ever had. They don't seem to care as much about their patients as they do about money. The only good thing is that you can just walk-in without an appointment. (Probably because nobody would ever go there twice).
